Hello Sir/Mam meri baby girl abhi 5 month ki Hui h. wo formula milk pe hai ..kya use solid food aur water dena suru kar sakte h.....

Correct age is only after completing the time of six months not before that so please start with the food in the right time only because that is how your child is is ready to have external food with in terms of its intestine and gut and digestion so please focus on the right time only
