hello sir/madam my son is 3 years old.frm last 3 days he is burbing alot and have gas problem too.what would you the reason.pls can u suggest any medicine for my kid

In that case you should consult your doctor once a doctor would be able to help you correctly as per the situation as a child is three years old so you should just go ahead with a consultation and a check up with your doctor in order to have better clarity and medication for the same
