Hello sir/madam my son age is 20months and he is passing stool very hard just like seems to be stones kindly suggest me any syrup and food changes

A. Hello mom Check his dietary intake and prefer for now liquids and semi solids and soft consistency foods for him . Avoid any kind of refined at processed foods for him , give fresh fruits
