this has to be done at least two times per day
also the increased salivation is due to the pre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oral cavity

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum this is completely normal at this age this is called drooling which can be because of the teething more our baby does not have any control on their tongue muscles that's why this happens so there is nothing to worry about just keep on cleaning it otherwise this can causes rashes
