Hello Please suggest if we can give flatuna drops to our 7months old baby girl during the colic pains in evening. also if required cn it be given sometimes on daily basis.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. baby is crying mostly due to gastric trouble for which you can give collicaid drops during pain and regularly give Bonnisan for2 times a day. burping is important ,cyclic motion of legs relieves gases you can give flatuna drops 0.5 ml to the baby
