See if you have lately deliver the child and you should just focus on eating well and feeling well right now any kind of exercise can be done later once you completely quit breastfeeding the child as prior to that it would not be recommended so right now your focus should be on eating well and feeling well later you can go ahead with any kind of exercise to lose on your wayWrite Your Answer Here
