Hello, my son's age is 4years he is saying that feeling vomiting sensation but not getting vomit, and also not sleeping well, forcely my in-laws make him vomit after that also he is not sleeping well what is the reason of it and please give solution also

A. Sometimes it can happen due to acidity and bloating that you feel like vomiting but doesn’t happen you can give you eno which is going to help in settling down this problem to the child and talk to your doctor for other assistance please
