hello, My son is taking paper nd sand in his mouth.. I want to know how to give this medicine to him .. he is 2 .5 yrs old . his weight is between 12 to 14kg. pls suggest..

due to iron deficiency asd well as nutritional deficiency children place dirty things in the oral cavity as well as they may lick soil or they may lick the walls.
they may place footwears in their oral cavity.
meet yodur doctor because iron supplements needs to be started and give food rich in iron
