Q.

Hello my son is complaining of pain in both legs from last 2 days and suddenly got fever... he is not eating properly whatever i take to feed him he deny to eat but still a manager to feed him completely... please suggest what should I take next step.. thank you

A. viral infectionfor fepanil 120 to the baby Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
