hello My son is 7 months old started solids 3 weeks ago however from last 2 days he is not pooping, he is grunting please suggest

A. hello make sure to guve water well after solid to orecbt the child from getting cinstipated n include fibre rich food in the diet which also will help the cjild n nothi g to worry about
