ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods like semi solid foods and water as mother's milk is the complete food for the baby

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please avoid you give any food to your baby at this age as it is always advisable to give our babies breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months.
