Hello, my son is 5 months old. can you please tell me recommended age to introduce 1. egg (white & yolk) 2. cow milk Thanks

Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yoi can start with with egg yolk after 7 months and whne baby is digesting properly then after a month you can give whole egg. For cow's milk you should wait till 1 year as it was highly protein contain milk and not to be digestible before 1 year
