Q.

hello.. my son is 3 yrs 7 months old he has got fever... gave paracetamol... every 2 hr fever is coming back.. gave him ibugesic around 6 in the evening.. now planning to give meftal... what is the gap between ibugesic and meftal syrup? is it 8 hrs gap¿?

A. hi. keep a gap of 6 hours atleast, keep a track on body temprature. .meftal is usually given in high grade fever. you can do tepid sponging .
