Hello, my son is 2 years old. From Last 1 week tiny white spots started appearing on his face. Is it due to vitamin deficiencies or we should consult to doctor please suggest. check the image attached.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it can be because of vitamin deficiency mineral deficiency sometimes dry skin For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o .
