Hello, my son is 10month old. He is drinking formula. solid food he is rejecting. we are trying but he is spitting the food immediately. I don't know why? I am worried. how he will get nutrition? his weight is 9.7kgs.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom formula milk is quite filling in nature and that is also one of the major reasons that babies who are mostly on formula avoid solids ..
so you have to plan his day routine so that you may limit his formula intake and that way he will start with solids otherwise the more delay you do the more difficult it gets
