Q.

Hello...my son is 10 months old. since last few days he is having fever, one day he is fine after 2/3 days again fever. But he is feeding properly, urine output is fine, stool is fine, no cough and cold , evrythns is normal but after evry 3/4 days he is having fever at the same time around 2/3 am. plz help

A. hello this can be sdue to viral and this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you better in examination of the same abd advise you accordingly which should be better and also safe
