hello , my son gunkaar is 3.7 years old and from last few days he is having cough at night for around 15-20 mins and that is not continuous but in between he do at around mid night but whole day he is fine there is no cough but at times he is running or jumping more there is little coughing. please suggest any good syrup which can help. or any other remedy.

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. jw along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inghalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
