Hello, My one year old nephew cry while passing stool but stool is nit not hard. what is the reason behind this

offer water every hour and give More fruits and salad
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
Use any baby products which is chemicals free additives free and parabean free
