Hello, my daughter is only 5years 8 month old and her 1st milk tooth falls off. Is not this too early ?? What could be the reason for it.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist1 Year agoA. Hi not early its completely normal time. kids usually start loosing their milk teeth by the age of 5.5-6.5 years. if kids milk teeth dont fall and permanent teeth erupts then there is problem
