Hello.My daughter is now of 6 months and I have started solid food...Is it allowed to put salt in the baby's food?

Doctors different doctors have different opinions like my Dr always believe that you should add salt and necessary spices into the food and I did never faced a problem a lot of doctor suggest not to but with my personal experience I would say that you should because this with the child enjoys the food and learns to eat everything that you are giving
