Hello. My daughter is 50 days old and is a formula fed baby.
She is fed Aptamil. The baby hasn't passed potty since the last 3 days. The last she passed motion was on 24th Oct morning. She has had colic issues since 4 5 days and as doc's advise I have been giving her colicaid.

Is this something I must worry about? Please advise.

baby is formula fed baby so constipation is commonly seen try to give exclusive breastfeeding or as much as breastfeeding possible and for good digestion give bonnisan drops twice a day for 1 month

No You do not have to worry about it because sometimes at this age kids can go without passing a motion for 5 to 7 days also but in this case if the child is taking the feeding properly and if your child is doing proper urine then don’t worry about it and what does Gas issue I’ll also tell you since you’re giving formula add some fennel seeds to the water that you boil for making formula that it will provide cool to the stomach and will avoid gas and colic issues as well
