Akanksha BhuriMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. yes you can give cow milk now, since the age is above 1 year. in our case my daughter had rejected cow milk as she was habituated to breastmilk and formula, it took some time for her to adapt to the taste and accept it. till the time we were giving her Dexolac, from the beginning. it has FOS and 36 vital nutrients and it suited her well so she didn't get colic or gas issues. I'll suggest check first if the child is accepting cow milk, slowly make the switch as sudden change might be distressing for them

Earlier introdufgction of cows milkt can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract.
It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid.
It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .
