hello my child is having a tummy ache from last one month...what could be the possible reason? I gave her the collax medicine also

A. it ks tej apon .Infantile Colic and gases trouble is very common during the first year of life only mother milk should be given till 6 month of age and proper burping should be given after the feeding . Gastica drop can also be tried 1 ml 2 to 3 times in a day for the gases trouble
