Hello my child is 5 months old. He is active and healthy but yesterday onwards he has upset stomach. He is popping yellow greenish-watery mucus. With a hint of blood. Why is it so? Can i feed him water in small quantity worried if he is dehydrated

A. hi. bloody stools are not normal. may be its some infection. .it is important to visit yiur baby s doctor in person and get the evaluation done. o k
