hello...my boy is 2years 7months and still can't able to speak what is the problem? advice please π

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. if baby is t not having any speech then needs proper neurological evaluation to find out the probablefor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
