hello my baby who is 6 years old fell down and there is a bump in his head. I gave an ice pack and didn't have any external wound . should i visit the doctor or will it settle by it's own

A. Okay so it would completely depend in the first place when did your child fall and do you see any pain or anything after that how many hours have passed so without proper information I cannot advise but if your child get hurt on the head you should visit the doctor
