Hello ...my baby s 2months 6 days old .she didn't poop since 3 days and she s passing Gas after every feed ...she s active and her urine output is normal ..do I need to consult doctor ?

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk shougtld be avoided before 1 year of age
