hello my baby is always constipated ..she will poop 2 times in a week that to very hard dry balls .

you need to keep your child well hydrated
give fiber rich food items like soup,sesame seeds,flax seeds, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc more
encourage your child to do more physical activities
give cup of warm milk with one tsp of ghee daily before sleep time
