Q.

Hello My baby is 9 months old now .,I want to introduce cow milk to her.How much water should be added to the milk ..,please tell me the ratio

A. Cow milk can ge introduced once your baby complete one year as it might lead to iron deficiency if introduced early so for now continue with formula feed and for preparing porridge you can add packet milk or cow milk

A. it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old breast milk or formula is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients ..
