hello... my baby is 7 &1/2 month old she is only 5.75 kg ... I am giving her solids .... how to increase her body weight please give suggestions ....

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom firstly check her weight according to her birth weight if it has doubled up by 6 months ?
Also was the baby a preterm baby? As they weight gain is slow .
In solids give her potatoes, sweet potatoes, banana , chikku , add ghee to her meals , ragi porridge, multigrain mix etc can be given
