hello , my baby is 5month old baby boy passes hard stool alternate day and I guess he is struggling for potty. he is on both FM and BM milk. please let me know the reason and solution for it.

A. the baby is 5 months of days it is natural for babies to pass hard stool moreover baby you can formula milk also ones being is 6 months you can start giving some water and seasonal fruits to avoid constipation
