Q.

Hello.. my baby is 4 months old, from 6 months onwards I wanted to start BLW(baby led weaning) how can I start and what foods can I give in BLW please suggest and tell me more about Baby led weaning

A. BLW is a good approach. But initially it might not meet his/her full nutrient intake since hr will only be learning and exploring at tgis stage If you are okay with that then sure.U can give softened veggies like carrots,apple,pears etc.use crinkle cutter to make the food easy to grasp.U can also try avocado which is a perfect start also banana cubed one finger long. any vrg fruit but soft and finger long sized. I had personaly tried above food which was for his exploring and also fed traditional semi solid food for his intake. This gave me a peace of mind with regards to his nutrient intake.

A. Hello ma’am You can give semisolid foods like porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji Upma Kheer oats ragi vegetable purees vegetable soup you can give all these things to your child what ever is on semisolid make and maybe your child can have it in the same manner. Apart from that if you are looking for further knowledge about it then it would be better to search it on Google
