hello. my baby is 4 and half month old. there are some red rashes appearing on her skin since last some days. doc kindly guide me

kindly apply moisturizing lotion or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 05 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not applyy any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin
