Hello My baby is 3 months old since morning his head is hot and he is crying and he didnt go for motion since 3 days... should I consult a doctor immediately

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relxdieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
