hello! my baby is 3 months old and small amount of blood is coming on her poop but all reports are normal.. why is this happening . he is formula feed baby and he doesn't feed mother milk

A. Actually at this age you should give only breast feeding to baby because it is the best food for baby and it improves immunity of baby. If reports are normal then don't worry it will be alright soon
