Hello, my baby is 2 year 5 month old and she is not eating well last 2 or 3 days i think she had ulcer in mouth, how can i cure this?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 months old and if she has a mouth ulcers so give her plenty of water fruits vegetables and boiled eggs and no sweet at all
