if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre dixet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined फूड
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

You can ask your doctor to suggest you with some stool softener along with that I would like to tell you start giving good amount of water to the child and papaya in the morning as like first thing if you can manage because that really helps in regulating the system of the childWrite Your Answer Here
