Hello my baby is 1y 4m now.her stomach is bloated on and off.she is passing stool everyday but not passing gas at all and having mild fever on & off(subsides when given paracetamol)what is this symptom?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year ofg age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggevsted by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such syhmptoms .
