Hello my baby is 19 months old she has irregular sleep pattern doesn’t sleep for whole night and throughout day she sleeps only for 3-4 hours she is on feeding all other things are normal like eating and activities what should be done??

A. hello dear mum , it is normal if ur toddler is now sleeping 3 to 4 hrs in day time they are now actively exploring the environment night sleep may also be with interruptions it is normal due to sleep regression it is a phase
