Q.
Hello!! my baby is 10 months old,She has constipation after start of solids but now she is little better,I gave ragi porridge she has constipation issue.Will ragi cause constipation for babies??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Too much of , especially cereal, could cause constipation in your baby.
Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
