hello. my baby is 10 months old. but she never take a good nap.. what should i do to make her sleep !?

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and iff the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockdsage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A Suggested Bedtime Routine Timeline 45 minutes to 1 hour before sleep: Give baby a bath, clean diaper, lotion, etc.30 to 45 minutes before sleep: Infant massage, put jammies on and swaddle. ...15 to 30 minutes before sleep: Nursing/feeding, other calming activities of your choice.
