Q.

hello.... my baby is 10 days old. can i give formula milk with breastmilk and how much quantity should I give of formula milk?

A. dear mom.. it's good to feed breast milk.. but if the breast milk is not sufficient to ur baby can give formula milk.. initially start by 1 to 2 ounce.. increase the quantity as per his hunger..

A. Hello. only breastmilk is best for new born baby.If breastmilk supply is low or any other reason then definitely formula milk and brestmilk both you can be given to baby. Don't mix brestmilk or formula milk together... give formula and breastmilk both at different time ... Always choose a formula milk which has maximum same benefits as breastmilk. You can give Dexolac Stage 1 formula milk to your baby it has 36 vital nutrients along with FOS which is a good fibre for baby gut health. It increases immunity and best for overall development of baby....

A. hi dear you have to give exclusively breastfeeding to baby upto 6 month breast milk is a good healthy diet for baby and build immunity power if breastfeeding is not sufficient then you can give formula milk after doctor advice.
