Hello my baby is 1 year approx. 9 month old. can i give him makhana (fox nuts) daily? i read somewhere that it causes constipation. or it can be give directly or fry in ghee? please suggest.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom Makhanas are very healthy snack option for the kids It can be dry roasted or with a little ghee as well and be given or also can be used it in making kheer as well
