hello my baby is 1 month and 11 days old, after vaccination the doctor prescribed him paracetamol and meftal-P suspension so it is safe to give???

Obviously to say which is why your doctor advise you to give these medicines are basically given to the child if the child has fever and sometimes when there is no fever but the pain is there to the child because of vaccination that time also it can be given
