hello , my baby having diarrhea since almost 2 weeks , i consulted with doctor, she said he is having some infection and we started medication too but now it's almost 1 week he is taking medicines but puss in stool is still there, how many days it will take to cure? attaching report, thanks in advance

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the consistency of the stool is improving then wait and watch and it may take up to 15 days for the child to respond to the antibiotics. you may go for culture report which will tell if there is any pathogenic bacteria or not
