Hello, My baby girl is 7 months old now. She is on Nanpro Excella stage 2 . Can I start with cow milk ?

A. dear mum , it is better to continue with formula in the first year . after 1 yr u can begin top milk around 300 - 400 ml. right now u can include curd paneer milk or recipe - pirridge in the baby meal
