hello, My baby girl is 5 week old but she is not pooping from 4 days but passing urine and gas, is it a serious problem??

its normal and common.
typically breast fed baby dont pass stool on daily basis.
you may wait normslly for 7 days, cobtinue breast feeding your baby in 2 hourly.

It is okay as long as the babies healthy and active and not showing any discomfort symptoms. Continue exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Give good tummy time every day. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
