Hello, my baby girl got vaccinated on 15 th Jan from that day she refused to take bottle..and decreasing her feed... in two days she didn't poop, today she passes green but thick stool first then her stool colour is normal...is that normal or I need to worry?

A. nothing to worry about it. this is temporary condition. keep trying to feed mire often.. give more attention. Keep yourself calm and always stay close to the baby . tc.
