Hello my baby boy is 2 yrs 10 months old from past 2 days he was stretching alot on his elbows and knees today morning he got these rashes or infection pls suggest something is it something to worry about

This looks like some kind of allergy so check with a skin specialist to know what kinds of problem that is and accordingly u can start with the treatment for the child and that’s going to help in clearing the problem and also u Amy start applying calamine lotion for the time being
