Hello.. My 7month LO is having dry nose/blocked nose at night! He is unable to sleep since 2 to 3 days! I used nasoclear drops but still he keeps rubbing his nose all night! What can be done? I live in Delhi and it's very cold !Also I don't use a heater!

A. I think it would be good if you start using a room heater when your child goes to sleep and also give steam to the child in directly before putting your child to sleep or while sleeping also the steamer is on for about half an hour or so it would be good for the child so try that otherwise sometimes could be due to which is stuck into the nose and not coming out so for that you can use nasal aspirator after your doctor advice
